"Grounding" Of Potted Plants

And my research continues.
I found a school project on PDF during my research.
(The pdf is 12mb. I can’t upload it)
SO WHY WOULD THEY TEACH KIDS THIS?
But grownups are having problems understanding or believing it :man_shrugging:

So I went and earthed up 2 of my smal Cacti that I have in my bedroom windowsill.

I made up a harness with a plug and added a Ferrite Bead aswell. I connected only the earth on the plug.

I went a step further and rigged up my clone fridge too.

So I took a base foto, to compare with in a couple of days.

Cool ass little setup there. Was looking for a minute i thought it was a room with shelves along the walls and spots for bulbs for side lighting lol. Took like 3 minutes looking before i noticed its a spot where drawers go right?? A cabinet?? Ive seen some pretty slick home made setups and some just blow my mind.

It is a old fridge that I converted into a grow space.

Hey @Mark0427
Your question of the length of the earth rod, had me thinking. So during my research, I have come across this company in the US making a Plant Earthing System they sell to the public.

Their Outdoor system has a 12 inch (30,48cm) long Earthing rod that it comes with. About the same length of my 2nd Earthing rod.

I even found other cannabis forums that has had this discussion before.
This one was the only good different info from the other forums. Mostly it’s the same things over and over.

It speaks about where the rod works best at in the pots.
I have my nails in, halfway between the stem and the rim of my pots.
