Well next time the subject comes up just say you’re happy with your life and ask if they are with theirs? Do what you do to be happy and explain to them they’re free to do the same. :+1:t3::+1:t3::v:t3:

Yeah i get it. Im a real person. At my job i have compassion. Ive been there. Grew up poor white trash immigrants. Homemade clothes, 6 brothers, welfare. Started working at 8 yrs old. Delivered newspapers. I always earned my stuff the hard way. I feel its time to do somethinge about it and im 45 now.

I found some nice places. Im gonna do a little remodeling here and then sell this house. Probably this spring. My outside deck needs some upgrading. And some more outside work. Im hopping the wind messes up my shingles so i can claim on the homeowners? I can deal with higher insurance vs forking out like $8-12k up front. And ill repaint the house

I really like the idea of solar wind power as well I’m thinking this will be new norm in growing large scale like led upfront a bitch but I mean 5 10 years it’d be exponential savings

Go for it fellas, keep the dream alive.
I moved to Australia from NZ in 1988. I had bought into a new business and worked hard to build it into something and sold out after 6 years at the age of 41. Turned $50k into $350k. Had a good life since then without debt. just cruising. I still worked very casually
until Feb last year when I finally retired, but usually had 12 - 15 weeks holiday every year, 6 weeks of which was spent barramundi fishing.
In the last 2 months I’ve got back into the work force doing a bit of labouring work for my sons who are both in business, but I’m about to quit that as I’m hurting to much doing manual work.
I think at 68 I’ve done my share.
Anyway, that’s enough of that. May the seed be with you.

Preybird, the package hasn’t arrived yet, but hopefully this week.
