Thats perfect. Nevermind…this time im also using the Co2 pads to see if there worth the money. I dont really want to buy and set up a co2 system especially for multiple rooms
I use Exhale 365 bags and trying this brand , Myco Labs
I have an Aranet CO2 meter that can move tent to tent to test levels
Interesting mushrooms huh.
A couple of these are replacements for the ones that will be harvested tomorrow. They’ll be in this veg tent with higher blue spectrum light for three weeks each (all journaled on an app) and then rotated into respective tents per age.
Oowee i always liked a purple weed! Thats a nice purple Bud.
Solventless rosin decarboxylation started, for purpose of making cartridges.
Pressed on a Low Temp 4”x7” at 165° with a one minute warm up in a three minute press .
Decarb: Temperature is set at 150°F for 24 hours. It will get checked at approximately 10 hours and then again early in the morning. It’s in the water bath that completely surrounds both the vessels at greater than half their depth. The method helps create a uniform distribution of heat throughout the rosin. It should be done decarbing tomorrow
Nice work brother!
Could you explain your decarb process. I’ve tried looking it up and can’t seem to find much. Thanks.
The process is one developed from watching videos of others and refining it in our own fashion.
On different Rosin forums and on a couple of the websites for the different press manufacturers, they recommend holding your Rosin between the two press plates at 150° for 24 hours or putting it into an oven at a temperature of 150° for that Length of time. My kid worked at a lab called ArcataX For a good period of time making extracts. The method of putting it into a water bath inside an instant pot is adapted from a method that he uses. It provides a uniform temperature completely surrounding the vessel.
There are methods that explain a “fast decarb” that you can do at an hour or so at greater than 200°F. I have used those methods to test a batch some Rosin
HARVESTED!
Do-Si-Dos, Day 63 of Flower/ Day 1 of Drying
It is now hanging in my drying area. The area is kept between 58 and 62°F and 58-60% relative humidity. I usually do a minimum of a 10 day dry. After about 7 to 8 days, moisture level will be checked, and any of the lesser buds, sugar leaves, or trim will be then removed and pressed if the moisture content is correct.
Nice looking frosty harvest you got there!
Have a 4 x 2 tent?
One of my 4x2’s is used as my primary veg tent. I could only fit a maximum of 10 to 12 plants to start when they all had to have an individual tray beneath them. I purchased this tray that fits in the 4 x 2 perfectly And can now fit 18 plants in 1 gallon pots. I’m going to be using one of these trays in one of my 4 x 2 tents to do a “communal grow“ with a couple plants in a shared media.
The tray itself is really heavy duty, it is sold as a boot tray, 100% recycled plastic

Love all the great advice. Nice way to keep the bottom of the tent clean and waterproof.

Just finished trimming all of the stuff from the last harvest. MaryEllen helped me she did a great job for her first time, she did a great job if it was her 10th time. (And, no, she can’t hear me saying this as I dictate it.) Got 8 1/2 ounces of trim bud, and a full bag of smaller bud and leaf/trim. I’m going to hydrate it overnight and then squish it tomorrow.
Sounds like a productive harvest! It’s awesome that MaryEllen did such a great job, especially for her first time. Hydrating the trim and then squishing it tomorrow should give you some nice results.
