Hi! Do you know the humidity of its environment? I would watch that and ph and don’t over water.

Place a humidity dome over it. Looks like it’s still early.

I agree way too early to have low humidity.

Humidity. I agree. Or ppms too high. Should be low or none yet
How close is your light? Could be too much light.
Hi I don’t no the humidity but I haven’t had any problems with the others n there. 
There in a closet. This is one I just started

Well now that u mention lights during the day she’s the closet for 12 hours And the lights r pretty far away then n a container for the last 6 with the light about 12 inches away

Perhaps one could let her be for a few days and see, one should be modest with anything they do.
It looks like dampening off but always use a humidity dome and water lightly in a circle about an inch or 2 from the stem.Pot has a tap root,straight down but it makes a web that spreads laterally .

I wouldn’t water, I would just spray the humidity dome with water before putting over the plant
