My friend extracted some DMT and gave me some. She was experimenting with various consumption methods and the strongest reaction she had was sandwiching a dose between flower and using a bong. She had a full on breakthrough using her method.(said she felt like it was too much). I have been doing a lot of reading since I am clueless and am getting tons of conflicting info. I have an old Ghost MV1 vaporizer that I was going to try using the concentrate pad. The lowest setting is 340F. If I use the MV1 should I still load some herb on top of the pad or just dump it on the concentrate pad? I’m thinking of starting with about 5 to 10mg and go up from there. Any suggestions about consumption methods and/or dosage? Best heat setting?

I have only had a couple DMT experiences that were very mild. My only suggestion is to go low and slow, do not resist and be at peace with yourself. This is a great channel for further information of others experiences.

That video sounds like the trip my friend took. She said it was too much. I started with a couple of mg and the heat setting at it’s lowest on my MV1 which is around 170 Celsius. Felt a pleasant body high and no visuals. Doubled the dose and went up one setting on the heat. Made my lips tingle and some light visuals. My calico cat’s coat was swirling. I had read that the lips thing was probably to much heat. I dropped it back to one, reloaded a bigger hit and definitely started to see visuals of geometric patterns. I would say the load was about 10mg. Gonna up the load one more time later tonight. Getting a pretty good feel for the effects now and am ready to blast off. Meet you on Mars.

Ran out of material. My friend has another batch brewing. I am loaning her several instruments of construction so she will be sharing. It’s double the amount of starting material and a more advanced process that is supposed to have a much higher yield. Once this is done and she is ready to start the process again I’m going to hang with her to watch. Also going to do a deeper dive into information about the mystical realm of DMT. Stay tuned for more adventures of an old idiot that never grew up.
