Hello my name is Hemp, here I have another name. Been growing my entire adult life. Never anything really fancy. Just have a green thumb. My rundown will start. I have new seeds dropped.
My nutrition will be pH, perfect from advanced nutrients and fox farm trio. I like the trio is definitely very nice in the vegetation stage. I do use it with advanced nutrients. The thing I like about the trio is, I can grow very slow slowly with it. If you’re wondering about the tile tiles up underneath the containers, that is the pull the excess water out. I know everybody likes to do it on paper towels, and I do it also. But what I found out is if you put another paper towel on top, it works a lot better. And I got to say if you have some old seeds dirt works just fine. When I was younger, I never started on this way. I would get the little cubes and started with those. Black Gold works fine for me. I have around 40 seeds started. I’ll list all the names of the strains. I start picking through them pretty fast. Normally the faster growing ones I’ll usually pull them right away normally because our males in my opinion. But we do make mistakes. If I drop a seed and it does not grow, I go to something else, not saying the entire pack is not any good.

Those are definitely nice. Something I do is I use a timer for my heat mat. I am not running a heat mat right now. Did you get a little cool in the room last night but they still are popping out of the dirt. The heat definitely helps. I try to use a regular heat pad. It’s a pretty good size one and I have a smaller one. And then I’ll use towels to raise it above just to keep it up warm every now and then. Like one of my smaller mats it needs to run like 15 off and then 30 minutes off. The bigger one I have is OK for 15 and 15. Or sometimes 30 minutes on and 15 off. I did have one of those digital things a while back, but not that brand and not that nice is what I looked at. I couldn’t never get it to work right. To me just a touch in the feel and the smell of the room I usually can go by stuff. I’ll have to go back and look at that again. I’ve been wanting something a lCause even with the timer, have to keep an eye on it. I got them in a tent.
Nice bee pics. Those your bees? Or bees in your yard? Bees are awesome. I have bee cups around my garden that are special for bees drinking needs. Just the right depth. Just the right shape and color to atract bees. Bees need water and lots of people forget about the Bees! I have loads of bees and when there in my garden there always getting water. Bird baths are not ideal. Bees really drink from selected places. And if there isnt clean water anywhere bees will use street puddle water and get poisoned slowly by road and street chemicals tar and stuff. Ya have to take care of the bees. I get a lot of yellow jackets because they like fruit. And plumbs and fruits hit the ground and they eat em. I dont have a Bee colony myself because my wifes alergic to Bees.
For some reason I have zero bees this year. Usually I have more bumblebees than honey bees, but I have seen neither this year. My garden is doing great, except no fruit is setting the plants are huge and loaded with blooms but no bees. I have a few wasps around, Don’t think I will be getting much food this year.
Had 6 that gave me a little bit of a problem. Different strains not just one. I should’ve put them back in the water and how does peroxide a little bit longer. I just don’t like them sitting in water too long. Back in the day I never did it like that. I know you could. Just always put them in dirt. The difficult ones I would put in dirt and just scoop them out with a spoon when they pop.
That’s how it was last year. I would joke with people if you wanted to see bees and bumblebees go to Home Depot and Lowe’s now I read that they put some kind of poison and it will kill bees if they get the pollen from the plants and take it back to the hive.
Damn Air conditioner, went out on me. I’m glad I was able to fix it. I don’t know everything about refrigeration and cooling. But I do know a few basic things. Way cheaper than calling someone. It got pretty hot in here today. I did hook up the portable for a minute and turn a window unit down in the back of my house. It kept it cool for a little bit. Then I went outside when it was almost about dark and fixed it.
Thats awesome work man. Calling someone is expensive. Also its illegal here so i cant just have any old JOE schmoe in my house. You can smell weed and i have a guy that does hvac and he smokes. His wife is a huge pot head and a good customer of mine. And i always say it’s not what you know sometimes its who you know. We grew up really poor and had to make/fabricate things ourselves and learn how to fix it for as free or low cost as possible. Im a mechanic. I started out working on lawnmowers and small engines. 3 of my brothers are master mechanics. 90% of the time have to fix it.
Sorry, not understanding. I pulled the big ones. I got some smaller ones that are right behind it. The babies are getting pretty big. I grow a very large variety of different strains. I thought I posted it up top. I’m bad about tagging.
