AB 6 worries me – The legislature should set a legal limit, or at least guidelines for determining a limit. I don’t trust the CHP (or any other enforcement agency) to make the decision.
AB 64 sounds fine.
AB 76 sounds fine.
SB 65, I agree with the intent, but not necessarily the potential outcome for it. Medical users of cannabis may need to use cannabis to control muscle issues (such as spasms) during driving. Not having access to their medicine could be dangerous. If they specified THC or psychoactive products, that might be different.
