Anyone else notice that hightimes.com website is down. Its been down for over 3 weeks, I notice about 5 weeks ago it having issues. The site is based on wordpress and was having debugging issues. Interesting how one of the oldest publications and cannabis websites has been down for so long. I honestly enjoyed the published articles on the site, lots of information. And now, all gone, for now.

It has been on a slippery slope for sometime, and sad to see all the IP possibly go:

The intellectual property of cannabis brand High Times, including its fading iconic magazine, Cannabis Cup events and trademarks, are back on the market, MJBizDaily has learned.

The assets, which also include photographs, joke books, calendars and internet-domain names such as 420.com are for sale until March 4, according to marketing materials from Green Life Business Group, a San Diego brokerage house handling the liquidation. MJBiz Daily

I ordered a print subscription from them a couple years back. Never got one single issue. Attempted to co tact them. Phone number was incorrect, and never received a response from the email. Unable to do a chargeback because it was over 30 days, so i cancelled my script…they tried to bill me again, so i did a chargeback for that and changed my card number.

Shady company. I am not surprised.

I would pop online and read the cannabis cup winners and then try and find the seeds of the strain that won them lol.

Beyond that there were a million and still are places that try to be the end all of MJ cultivation knowledge.

And surprisingly even after all this time…a lot of them have misinformation.

I always wanted to scrape cannabis cup winner data, and find out over the years which is the top cannabis strain. Wonder who, what has done that, sure someone knows. For instance, OG Kush is by far the most popular strain, according to my opinion and what I have seen.

I am sure there is alot of misinformation on sites blogs, what do you think are some of the biggest lies in our legal cannabis growing methods?
