One of the deepest blue states has gone recreational. Can one of the reddest states go medicinal?
As a brief aside, the measure would only allow MMJ for the most severe of cases.

I’ve actually been ready for this for a few months now and can not wait, I have some investors that really want to get a build out started but there’s no way to zone buildings yet for blueprints yet, no license no laws, Texas is lawless, no but really there is a lot of people who are ready for it.

I feel like there will be a civil war between Texas residents on the issue. It passing in Texas will definitely be a pivotal moment. I can’t wait.
