Former Prime Minister Ehud Brak joked that, thanks to the new reforms, Israel is now the “land of milk, honey, and cannabis.”
Under the new reforms, criminal charges for possession and cultivation can no longer be levied against Israeli citizens or others found in possession of small amounts of cannabis.
