I’m sharing an interview with Scott Reach that the Canna Cribs team produced during filming at Rare Dankness. A detail not covered in the interview: Kirk hired a forensic accountant to assist Rare Dankness with a business interruption claim, despite the fact that Emergent would not recover the cost of the accounting firm for two+ years. As a result, Rare Dankness ended up getting 470% more in claim dollars than with their previous broker. Emergent turned tens of thousands of dollars into hundreds of thousands of dollars by doing what was in the best interest of their client.
