hello…so I guess I’ve been growing for 3 years now…and I keep learning new things…these day I believe I am settling in on a 1000w HPS Gavita light for my GARAGE grow…it’s like 6 feet x 4 feet space…AND…my enclosed area in my outdoors GREENHOUSE grow…approximately 6 feet x 4 feet with an HLG 600w LED light… my typical scenario…I get 4" to 10" high clones from Sal…I put them in my hydroponic setups…my question is…how long to harvest???..I VEG for 4 weeks…this last time they didnt grow very much taller…and then FLOWER for 8-10 weeks…so that’s like 3 months plus a couple of weeks…or even 4 months total time…is that about right?

You are correct. Veg your clones as long as you are able, same as if you were growing from seed.
When your clones are the size you feel appropriate, flip your plants into flower.

Each plant is unique, like people are. This is called a “phenotype” So there is no 1 single answer for all plants.
With a stable line, the situation changes and has a predictable range and will reliably finish within this range.
Im going to assume you have a modern polyhybrid. (99% confidence level)
So the answer to that is -

that nobody will be able to answer that. 
In nature for cannabis to finish flowering in 8 weeks is very uncommon. More like 10-12 weeks.
This information is widely available… hard to imagine this was an actual question, but people are lazy and used to being spoonfed. So I guess we can expect more of the same.
I have an African landrace true medical strain that takes 12 to 14 weeks, and well worth it.

Hey @Butch the system is automated and it bumps threads automatically. Some are just old dead threads. If you look at the dates of the original post and also how old the last posts is in the thread it will give you a better idea if the thread is still active or old. And @chrisj @nacho151, Myself, @Slym3r and @happilyretired and one other person moderate this forum volunteering and being paid nothing. We try and keep the peace here and move threads accordingly. And we archive threads that are old and are no longer active we like people to keep there grows in single threads/journals or small amounts of threads because if people keep making all these threads for questions and there may be some good info in one thread but its not in a journal and a random question it could be lost because most members know how to grow here and would see a topic they know well and pass over it. Thats why we have a search function at the top right…the magnifying glass. You can find out any info you need an answer to. And if there is any info in the threads thats the easiest way to find things here. And im not saying you cant figure out things here im just informing you how the system works here. We dont control/own it. We just help out because we love this forum. And have been here for many years. Were glad to have you here also! We love more members. I have been checking out your threads you seem to know what your doing also. So welcome to the forum again!
