Computer giant HP announced Wednesday it is packaging its point-of-sale ElitePOS hardware with cannabis compliance software from Flowhub, a Denver-based business that operates in eight states.
A strange turn of events, but not totally surprising when you think about it in the computer world. HP has been on the defensive and losing ground against major competitors in computers and printing, so it makes sense to push more into the retail industry.
