i’m open to help and ideas…anything that’ll make my grow better
Hi Quake, welcome to GN. Nice setup you have there. First suggestion is to check the soil moisture, your plants look a little saturated with water, healthy but over watered.
Welcome Quake…they look pretty green but your main stems look real dark purple…and woody…need to up the p&k…perhaps go ahead and give them some Epsom salts 1 tablespoon per gallon for cal mag…they should turn around in a week or so.
Did you just transplant them into those larger pots?
Same plant about 1wk apart after treating
Hey bro, wouldn’t you think that the extra perlite in there may be holding to much air? Imo there seems to be little to much perlite unless he is watering daily. They definitely look over watered but the amount of perlite makes me wonder if it’s running out or something like that. Everyone has their own way and iv used lots of perlite before myself and noticed I had to water more often. Seems like it will hold some of the water but I wonder what the leafs feel like. Are they dry? Do they feel like sandpaper? If not then that’s not the issue but if they do then I would say that’s one of your issues bro.
On second thought looking at the lower pics it seems that those plants don’t have as much perlite in them but still look ever watered so yeah I’d definitely say they are over watered as well judging by the looks of the bottom plants. The tops must be over watered as well so scratch that with the extra perlite comment. You may wanna do what buddy said and get a moisture meter if you can’t pick the pots up when dry and when wet and tell the difference. It’s vital for the plants to be healthy and they definitely look a bit sad and a little smaller brother.
As others have mentioned in the past you should start a grow journal! It will help others help you by providing all the basic information so its a more accurate approach to any potential issues and helps take guess work out. here’s the check list.

Great help @jus1982b thanks yo.
Welcome, @quake !
Honestly, you won’t find a more helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly group of people than this forum. Until about 4 years ago, I had no experience, whatsoever, in this field. Absolutely none. I would not have been able to tell you what a trichome was if my life depended in it.
You will get a load of great information and suggestions here!
