I may have harvested too soon

So I think I harvested too soon. I already trimmed and dried them. now I have them curing. Just out curiosity I looked at the dried buds (I wanted to see what the crystal looked during the curing phase). I saw a lot of clear ones. Is this harvest a waste or can something be done

Some don’t always turn amber. At how many weeks did you chop into flower? Take it as a learning curve. See what the total weight was, how you liked the high and log it.

Then the next crop chop during a different stage cloudy or amber and see how you like it that way. In my experience a little longer can add extra weight but you don’t want to risk over ripening.

Dont stress @warjunkey, you got a jar of homegrown. You doing far better than most, like @rucifer999 says, chop at different stages next time to get a better idea. Happy toking.

Most indicas and indica leaning hybrids should be done after 10 weeks. What strain is it?

10 weeks… I don’t think you have anything to worry about. How does it smoke is the real question? That will tell you. LoL congrats by the way. :+1:

Smoke will definitely be smooth. Should get some flavor a terpene profiles. I’ve found that harvesting to early it will still have the buzz but none of the Entourage effect that comes with the terpene and flavor specific to the phenotype. You can always dump a gram of Keif in.

Those buds look decently thick meaning they healthily foxtailed a decent bit and foxtails will have slightly underripe trichs so I’m sure you re fine

One reason I grow my own is I like the Trichomes just as they get cloudy - If I wait till 30% get amber it just puts me to sleep.

Well done!
No shame in that game.

Whoa 10 weeks! Crazy. I’ve done that before. Some girls don’t like it. They will go into the rodelization stage and self pollinate. Unless it’s a sativa.
