Only a hose unless your pump is not working. No reason to get a new one. You just need to end the corrosion which a brass fitting hose will do. Two different metal types touching each other cause galvanic corrosion. Water heaters are famous for this and use what is called dielectric connectors which separate the copper input lines from the steel drop tubes in a water heater. Same principle.
