I feel like I’ve looked as far as I can into the upcoming laws in order to predict our market.
One of our thoughts is that we want to import our starting genetics from out of country. However I’m finding that the way the upcoming law will be written, Medical growers will be able to import but recreational growers will not, there is just zero mention of recreational growers in there that I can see about this topic.
Medical growers will be able to sell to the recreational market as far as I know.
This is really confusing to me and I am wondering if there is anybody out there that could shed some light on this. Maybe I am missing something? Maybe all Licensed Producers will be classified as Medical still and just be able to sell to the recreational. It’s impossible to get answers from Health Canada about anything. Litterally I’m always told “check for answers on our website”
