Why is it that you need a licensed facility to grow if your already getting your product tested by a licensed testing facility before selling to the dispensaries?

Just because you grow weed and have it tested. Doesn’t make you a legal grower if you pass the states requirements. The state wants their fees and taxes

Yeah i knew that, it was the “why” part I was unsure of. So what makes you a legal grower?

I’m not sure about MI. But here in Cali if you are a felon auto disqualified
