Is there something wrong with my plants?

Hey there, I have a few plants in a grow tent, they are coming up to 1 month and I’m just a bit concerned something is wrong. The leaves appear to be starting to droop a little bit and was just wondering on everyone’s thoughts. There has been a few hot days in a row but the weather is back to normal temperatures now.

I noticed the leaves seemed a bit droopy today, I had turned the light intensity up a small amount as they are getting bigger and was told the higher intensity was better for veg. The strain is Godzilla glue from Herbies seed bank. I might just be stressing as it’s my first grow. I’m using organic living soil mixed with perlite and have clay balls at the bottom of the pots. The soil stays pretty moist and seems to retain a lot of water, so scared I’ll over water them.

plants will droop when they have had enough light for the day

did you use a meter? I do not see anything that looks like light stress

could be

all the best and grow well

You put the backside of your hand towards the light right above the plants and hold it there for a bit. If its to hot for your hand, its to hot for the plants.

If not you could lower it or leave it. They look like they got plenty of light. 18 to 26 inches with leds is the usual distances.

Pick up your pots and see how heavy they are. If they are really heavy then it could be overwatering.

Without all the details of your grow, we could diagnose lots of answers. Its hard to guess from pictures.

Thankyou everyone for the help, I turned the light down a bit and the plants perked right up. Hopefully they keep going strong.

So it’s a few weeks later, everything seems to be going pretty good, there is one plant with the lower leaves yellowing but no curling.

I have switched to 12/12 lights as the plants are going to outgrow the tent if not done soon, it’s been about 5 days on the light cycle. Just wondering what I should be looking for and when to expect pre flowers. I will attach some pictures of the nodes and the leaves plants and see if anyone has some tips on how to proceed. Sorry if the pictures aren’t the best, it is my first grow and some help is needed.

Any information you all could provide I would love!

Cheers.

Yeah she’s light on Nitrogen. Classic of example of ‘nutrient robbing’, your plant is robbing so to speak all N she can get from the older, lower leaves for the new growth. It’s a good idea to make sure they’re all good on Nitrogen before you flip to flower, as these plants still need a lot of N during the first stage of flowering (while they stretch). It’s harder to control Nitrogen deficiencies in bloom.

Yeah seems they r missing something or just being fed super light. What’s the feed schedule for these and what are u feeding them.
