Can you all confirm this is male as I think it is?
It was grafted from a female, is it normal for that to occur?

Now you have both confirmed my suspicion, should I just get rid of it now and not waste anymore time? As my understanding is getting a female from the seeds is not very common.

with regular seeds about a 50/50 chance

I wouldn’t waste anymore time on it unless your breeding. Clones and cuttings for grafts should always be the same gender as the plant they were cut from. Sometimes you can get a few male flowers on a female and vice versa from stress ect but that plant looks all the way male
