Did some research about Epilepsy.
Sleep 8-10hrs a night and switch to wholegrains and keto diet. Well am already half way their and stay away from stress related activities that involve public or group speaking and wear dark glasses.

Ive had many unreported seizures as a kid. Been talking with my mum and she said she thought i just fainted a lot. Giving recent information now they’ where probably frontal lobe seziures. The report my therapist says i had a Chronic body seizure for 4mins30sec and took 1hr30mins to recover.
I hope i can find a strain to grow to calm it. But I’m staying of everything for thr time.being till they have a morw understanding.
I dont trust doctors as much as their wallets.

Edit: some seem a little high in thc, i would like a low thc and low cbd and work my way up but with discuss it later with the neurologist once the results come back
