Leaves turning purple around flowers

The leaves on one of my plants have started to turn purple. I take it it is the result of prolonged cold temp outside. Does anyone know if this will degrade the quality of the trichomes? The other plant of the same strain remained green( as seen below).

It shouldn’t be a problem. The purple color is a genetic trait that cool or cold weather brings out in certain plants.

Thanks for the clarification! The reason I was worried is because it’s literally 6 months worth of work and I wouldn’t like to lose it all to mere temperature.
