Leggy seedlings looking for feedback

I have some seedlings that are about 4 inches tall in 5 days, can i transplant them into bigger pots and bury all but an inch or so fo the stem ?

Welcome to the forum. You can do that, however you need to check the distance between the plant and light and check the PAR output of your light. Stretching plants means they are searching for light or the light is not providing the right amount of PAR. If you don’t have a PAR meter, you can download a free phonetone app to use on your mobile phone from the app store.

generally when you have tall seedlings your light is too far away , there for the plant stretch toward the light for growth. and you are correct re-plant them with only 1 inch showing
