My little seedlings aren’t so little anymore, they’re about an inch too tall (they’re only about a week and a half old after sprouting) how should I go about making sure they don’t break? Can I replant them and just plant them deeper?

Either stake it (a straw or thin dowel and twist tie works great for young seedlings), or transplant it and bury it deeper like you said. That’s why I like Rapid Rooter cubes for seedlings…once I transplant they all get buried so they’re 1/2-1 inch tall and by the time they stretch up again in their final home the stalk is thick enough to support them.
