All joking aside - walk through your germination processā¦ where it go wrong? Do you soak them first at all- even 12 hrs?

Did your seed pack only contain one seed did you only have one seed go bad?

Iāve had it happen to me before where they are even starting to grow and then mold it off right next to three others that survived. If you only started one then Iād start another see if it happens again. If it only happens to one seed wellā¦ shit happensā¦

Okay so instead of going straight to soil after a 14 hr soak letās try a longer soak and go for a seed crack or tail pokeā¦???
OR - into a damp paper towel on a plate after the soak

I do what loco is saying. Have a very good success rate.
I have also lost them doing it this way. One or two with the mold as described and Iāve also lost a few due to being a little too rough When planting and damage tap root which in turn results in failure.

Its not just thatā¦hold your pecker, wait up!! The paper towel needs to be rung out not soaking wet when you place the seeds in between them. Some cover it or put it in a plastic bagā¦ you can I donāt, no biggy. Watch like a hawk donāt let it dry outā¦ Not so wet its soakingā¦
