Linkedin is a great source, there is also job listings in our GN marketplace.

Leafwire is another great resource - 100% cannabis based job listings

LinkedIn can be a great source, but reaching out cold to people can also be very tough and you should be prepared for a lot of nos and non-responses. Try to find a cannabis headhunter in your area. These days all states with cannabis legalized will have companies dedicated to job placement for the industry.
