Looking to purchase property for Cultivation

Here is what we are looking for:

  1. Land that is zoned for cultivation. We are interested in Industrial and raw land in which we can permit 22,000 square feet of canopy

  2. Partner with existing landowners and help them achieve a conditional use permit and form a partnership.

  3. We can invest Capital into existing cultivators who have a true pathway to achieving a conditional use permit.
