I enjoy smoking before going on a hike or mountain biking personally. Gives me some focused determination to get those short-term goals done. “I’m just going to hike up to that boulder” or “just one more mile!”
Same! And it also helps me connect with nature!
It doesn’t help me. Ends up elevating my heart rate way too much. I much prefer cannabis as a post workout treat.

I agree. I enjoy smoking before I engage in cardio exercises because it helps me manage my breathing as well as reduces the amount of sweat my glands produce.
