We are recruiting for North America market: Market Development Manager. An agronomist, preferably a M.Sc. degree with deep understanding in plant physiology, preferably light issues and photosynthesis. Need to have the ability to plan and execute academic level trials. Minimum 5 years as a field agronomist, preferably in lighting company and/or Cannabis cultivating company in operative position. High familiarity with industry key players: cultivation companies, dispensaries, leading researchers, consultancy bodies, private advisers and decision makers in the cannabis industry.
Preforming technical abilities, skilled in solving technical problems and familiar with hardware maintenance and operation.
Personal skills: High level of sales pitching capability; ability to generate and identify existing needs and closing the cycles by sales generation; High level of Inter personal communication skills; Computer/software skills – MS software and cultivation control systems. Based on the east side and traveling at least 40% of the time in the US/Canada territory.
