Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience running a commercial indoor growing operation or farm.
  • Familiarity with computer based controllers such as: Agrowtek, Priva, Link4 iPonic, Argus, SmartBee, or similar.
  • Familiarity with pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, beneficial insects, and IPM.
  • Advanced knowledge of cannabis plant and genetics.
  • Familiarity with standard operation procedures and organization of a commercial growing operation.
  • Bachelors in Horticulture, Botany, or Plant Science preferred but not required

Location:
Massachusetts- Licensed medical (RMD) and grandfathered in future recreational license.

Type:
Indoor, hydroponics, rockwool

You want someone with a bachelors degree or someone that can grow you the bomb ? Experience always rules over a piece of paper claiming I learned something in a classroom which btw will not do you that much good in this industry…
