My company has a license in the Caribbean on a 30 hectare farm, where operations for our indoor facility construction and outdoor plot preparation are currently underway. We aim to start cultivation by next summer.

We have considerable experience in the industry, ranging from large-scale cannabis cultivation to business and finance.

We are seeking individuals with experience in cultivation, especially Master Growers with experience in managing large scale production.

Must be willing to relocate, and salary negotiable, dependant on experience.

How about will train to become a “expert grower with our educated staff”? Or train to become a Grow Specialist with us?
I had the privilege of going to a cannabis farm and I do make a point to talk and see the farmhands.
Encourage, motivate,and set an example.
Farmhands can be the difference maker good or bad.
