We are seeking an investor/partner with $2,000,000 in investment cash for a vertically-integrated cultivation facility and the potential for several retail locations which will be located within high-traffic tourism zones. All funds will be used for acquisition of essential equipment, build-out of the grow, processing and/or retail facilities, security, legal compliance and operating funds with which to brand our name and pay essential salaries until we are profitable. We are currently developing a 3-dimensional solution for the vertical farming market. We’ve already made great strides in regard to the horizontal plane, which we do have functional prototypes already in existence for. The horizontal plane product line incorporates the only patent-pending LED lighting arrays for horticulture applications in the world. Of-course, our existing patent-pending arrays could simply be orientated for a vertical grow style (which we believe is likely the future of optimized cultivation). I believe they would succeed within that application in spectacular fashion.
