@nacho151 @happilyretired @Mark0427 @Dog_Fart1 @PreyBird1 I have a question. I gave some clones to a buddy and he has the lights on 14 hours because they are going outside and they started to flower. I suggested bumping up to 16 to get them to reveg. Question is, is that enough time or should it be longer?

Well, in my experience, re-vegging takes forever. If you cut fresh clones and started them now, they will out perform the ones revenging. sorry…

Since they are going outside and your western Mi if i recall , your at 15hrs daylight today…up-pot and put outside, they will correct themselves in the intense sun. When do you hit 12 Aug/September to finish up in October there? I run my clones/moms 18-24hours. Like others said straight reveg is a pain, if/when I do it, its 24hrs light.

Yeah the problem is the clones used to your time. When he changed the light different than yours was boom flowering happens. It takes 10 days to flip and 10 more days to flip back and this can cost you 2-3 weeks of precious time. I mean to have a decent plant and sexually mature is 47-55 days from a seed. You can clone and accomplish the same thing in 20 days with a clone. Because say a seed grown to waist height plant is 50 days and then your 65-80 days in flower. So were talking 3-4 months. Clones are the fastest way to make a lot of flower cycles. I mean i can root a clone in 7 days and grow to waist high in 20-23 days. So clones save an average of 25 days in the begining/veg cycle. I always rotated strains so i had the same 15-30 strains constantly. Choosing what to smoke became a problem lol!

I always leave mine under 18 or more hours. On e I see the newer leaves come in over the flower shit then u can cut back to 16osh it I still leave mine on 18 plus because they will revert back to flower fast. Once they r revegged for a few weeks and gain some growth then I can move it back to less hours but no less than 15. I’ve noticed even at 15 hrs some plants will wanna flower.

Let me go thru my seeds I may have a sd for ya. I don’t remember if I have any of those or not. I will let u know tho if u want if I have it it is URS. Give me a little bit rho as I have to change a wheel bearing hub assembly on my damn car. Had it loaded to the gills with tools and toasted a bearing. Lol.
