When Missouri approved Recreational Use, a lot of recreational pot shops opened. The recreational pot shops don’t have the restrictions and don’t track individual sale like the Medical shop do. Now the Medical dispensaries have lost revenue to them and don’t like the fact that they spent thousands of dollars for licenses and tracking system. I was told by an individual that the state passed a law to shut them down in November of this year. I’m just waiting to see what happens, they can’t become Medical Dispensaries, because the state only allows a little over 900 and less than 1000 Medical Dispensaries. I also think the state is going to restrict recreational growers and users with excessive fees and tracking requirements in the near future.
