Try to just warm around the sides where the threads are woth a lighter som s to loosen it up. Might work. If not do like me and get a pair of channel locks and use them lol

Well whatever it is wrong when i walk 15 to 20 steps it gets my leg and back all flared up and hurting like crazy.
