Got him at 6 months and 80 lbs. from a local city shelter, he had a write up on his cage that he was to be euthanized that day. Had been in that same shelter in and out 4 times, chronic kennel cough, and chronic diarrhea. Asked about him and they said no go. I begged, they let me take him, best dog ever. They told me that he had been brought back because of behavioral problems, biting, chewing, on furniture, non-social with kids and other animals. Zero of that was true. loved kids, loved other animals, NEVER got on the furniture, never bit, never chewed anything up ever. I think that someone just dumped him because he became inconvenient for them. He DID love to run lolā€¦chased that fucker until he was around 5-6 yo. Let him outā€¦over the fence and away he went. Always came home, but what a pain lol.
