@rflasch I know I saw a notification that you tagged me somewhere the other day, but now I can’t find it… I was going to drop in and leave a couple more recent pics. The Kong Breath is packing on weight quickly now and kicking out the strongest, damn near eye watering, lemon terps I’ve ever grown. Still trying to catch up to her food demands (this girl is HUNGRY) but she’s clearly happier than she was.

You’ve never heard of He-Man and the Masters of the universe? Early 70s cartoon maybe even late 60s. The villain in the cartoon series was Skeletor. Maybe you were just out of the window. Well if you don’t get the reference that’s OK because I got a kick out of it.

Yeah right, . I think you saw far more in the military than you missed in this cartoon. You know back then it might’ve been kind of a big deal but compared to what they got now… nobody wants to watch that crap no more.

I’ve had a hell of a damn time keeping everyone happy on feedings and light intensity since moving into the new place and then adding a tent. The “curse” of expanding and improving… Every change I make to the environment changes what they want. Keeps me on my toes. lol I’ve been pretty frustrated about it at times, but the best fix for that is to work harder and get it right.

Okay… Topic for the morning - Auto watering systems
My main reasons for growing are also the biggest causes of problems in my grow. Depression and anxiety take a massive toll on mental stamina, which makes it difficult to care for my plants like I should at time. Some days I just don’t have it in me to mess with feeding. I know this is affecting density and yield and i know it’s going to be a bigger issue when i have 10 plants in the tent, so I’m trying to plan around myself. 
The goal is to build a system that is as budget friendly as possible, while still being as “automatic” as possible. I’m thinking drip rings or spikes, gravity fed. I don’t mind buying components piecemeal to save money and I’m a bit of a handyman, so assembling it shouldn’t be too difficult. I just need some recommendations on emitters and reservoir. Also, how often do you auto folks have to adjust ph in your res? Should I use an air stone or a circulating pump to keep nutrients dissolved?
Feel free to tag anyone who has experience.
