Is it outdoor or indoor? Soil? What kind? Looks like a few deficiencies magnesium, manganese(?) and Nitrogen.
Have you check your soil for pests?
That growth resembles low light growth I’ve seen indoors? Are you rotating your plants? A lot of that undergrowth can get trimmed and push more focus on other growth.
Google quick and dirty cannabis deficiencies. I believe that is the site really great descriptions on deficiencies pests and other stuff.

Veg duration: from germination to first flower 47 days
I fed 30.10.10 in the veg stage 5 applications at 7 day intervals .
Planting medium. Mixture of coconut wood shavings dried and rotted with a mix of dried cow manure 80 to 20 ratio respectively.

Thanks for that info. Do you have a way to measure PH? Could be you have certain lock out because of ph imbalance and pests.
