Cool, did you take it out and let it go in the garden?

I think they’re great! Easy to use and I like the wicking action! They have the Grobucket insert in them.

Got a question for ya…if ya got a minute. Dakine kinda hints that their nutes are pretty PH neutral or if you will very close to being the right Ph just mixing them up. Is this the case or do you have to PH your nute water after you mix in the Dakine?

They sure look healthy ! Very vibrant green.

Well my tap water runs about 8.1 and I run it though my RODI and it comes out about 7.0. I add Dekine nutes it will bring it down to 6.6 to 6.8. I bring it down to around 6.0 with pH down. I also use Fox Farm Ocean Forest which helps with pH. If your using coco it probably will maintain the pH for about 4 to 5 days, but I haven’t used coco so I’m not really sure. @PreyBird1 would probably have a better answer about coco I’m sure.

They stay pretty balanced. I don’t need to check my ph anymore because ive used this nutrient line for years and i know wherebl it sits ph wise and its always the same. I keep everything consistently the same. I start with fresh potting bags, fresh media, fresh made nutrients. Nothing is reused anymore.

Couldn’t agree more for indoor. :+1:t3:

I don’t reuse anything either except for the exception of the bags themselves. I get out a big concrete mixing pan I have and fill it with water about 3/4 of the way and then put in some dry chlorine and let them sit for a day, that stuff will kill ANYTHING lol. Plus it loosens the minerals and what not and gets them pretty clean. Good info on the Dakine, I am looking for something that doesn’t require a ton of PH up or down. Right now the “don’t work” PH perfect AN nutes I have to use 25 ml per 5 gal to get it UP to just 5.8 Ph and that is starting out at about 8. I try to mix it up a little on the PH to make the different nutes more or less available. Each one absorbs at a different PH a little more or less, so I vary my PH from 5.8 to about 6.5 and change it up each watering. I use RO water and start at 7 then add a little PH up and put in the nutes and it takes it all the way down to about 4.4 PH.

I’m gonna call Dakine today and order the big kit that @OltimeGrower got from them. Says it will make 600 gal of nutes, that should be enough for a few grows.

Thanks everyone!

Well I went and did it today, got the Pro pack $399 for $199 plus shipping. That should hold me for a while, and what I really like is being powder it doesn’t go bad like the liquids do.

Thanks everyone !

Sweet, you will love them! Just use a mason jar to mix each nute separately and add them to your water bucket to mix them all together!

Yep-per just watched the video featuring the “mad scientist” lol. Also watched the flushing video, but it was pretty useless. This pack I got has most of their stuff. the foliar, the icky sticky, Atomic root, the grow, base, bloom, Cal Mag, and Shock and Awe bloom. And that is still not all they make lol.

And of course last but certainly not lease @PreyBird1 genetics coming. The Runtz crosses are going to be treated to royalty .
