It looks like a RJ11 connector to me.

I sure hope so, want to plug in this new light to the AI controller. Don’t know the differences in all the various RJ plug numbers.

Ah so only difference is the number of wires used. GREAT I can get AC infinity’s dongle RJ 11-12 to UIS and it should work with my AI controller on this new light.

Yeah @nacho151 is right, its an old telephone jack, rj11. Good luck Marty.

And that is a good thing, I knew it was a RJ connector just didn’t know which number, and the shitty owners manual just mentioned that this is where you hook up an outside controller, but no mention of the actual name/number of it.

I sent a email to AC Infinity with a picture of the end of the light with the PWM 0=10 volt designation printed next to the switch and the picture of their daisy chain wire from the new light.

I wanted to make sure that AC’s AI controller will work with this new light. They have dongles for a lot of different equipment but far from everything. They don’t have a dongle for my LUXX, it also uses a RJ end, but AC doesn’t support the one that LUXX put on their light.

I also noticed that AC seems to not have their live chat any longer, either that or it is intermittent and I wasn’t on their site while someone was available. The chat function hasn’t been there for the last 4-5 visits i have been to their site. Their contact us page still refers to it, it just isn’t there any longer.

Still haven’t gotten a return email from them on the dongle question just a “ticket made” return email. I am sure their RJ 11-12 dongle will work but I am going to wait until I get their return email before I purchase their product. The dongle I guess is on back order as it had a future date of ship on the dongle information page.
