I am experiencing some type of issue. Has anyone ever had these type of effects happen to their plants? Any help will be great as the only thing I can think of is an issue with the water.

Need more Info about plants…are they new clones? could be stress, pH issues, what medium are they in and what are you feeding them etc

Looks like u have mites. Those white dots in the first pic are mite damage. I would take a look at the underneath of the leaves with a scope or loupe. I’m guessing u will find live mites and small blister like bubbles.
If u do…
Use a spray solution of 4:1 water:peroxide. Spray the entire plant just before lights out. Tops and bottoms of leaves. Let it air dry. Mites hate water.
