I know that every grower wants to shed off as much expense as possible right? Well i found a solution, this 420w fixture is pretty efficient. ran at 4ft from the canopy at 12 hours a day in a 31ftx 31ft with 132 fixture test reading of 51mol/m2/day
the veg ran at 38.8mol/m2/day. thats not bad
