Here is perfect and welcome to GN
We’re gonna need a little more info than that. What kind of set up do u have? A tent, a room, what soil, hydro, coco, lights, nutes, equipment???
Your in the right place for step by step help just need more info
If I can give u just a little advice. Read read and then read some more. Find someone on the forum whose mentor style u like and ask them questions. It can get a little overwhelming with everyone telling u ten different directions to go. Once u r comfortable with the plant then u can veer off trying some crazy stuff but just learn the plant and the lingo first.
It’s just my opinion take it for what it’s worth ( not much) and enjoy. Growing should b fun!!
Oh ya and to ask someone a question just put the @ in front of their name like I will yours here like this @manrobertkir

As a lot of people here told you, it depends on what are you’re planning to grow. What kind of seeds do you have? If you want to grow some vegetables such as potatoes or tomatoes, you need proper fertilizers for soil, if it’s something like flowers, you need something different. BTW, you probably would need a tent. I grow some… interesting plants and I use 4x8 indoor grow tent for this purpose. Maybe you need something like this too? This is important: do you want to grow plants inside or outside of the house?
