In case you missed it: The new cultivation rules require only that licensees meet the “average electricity greenhouse gas emissions intensity required of their local utility provider” under California’s existing Renewables Portfolio Standard Program.

Good to know. As a heads up, we’ve worked with Bob at https://seinergy.com/ before who assists growing operations get energy rebates on equipment installations that save on energy usage. Often, energy efficient equipment is more expensive than its alternative, so having a rebate to lower your upfront cost can be helpful.
