It’s not surprising, when you think about it from a basic economic perspective. Demand for cannabis doesn’t go away when you criminalize it, nor would it necessarily increase when you decriminalize it.
What are your thoughts?

Yeah that’s been a consistent finding here in Colorado as well, since they legalized it.
