Woodstock Roots alleged that Woodstock Ventures planned to capitalize on smokable products, a direct infringement on Woodstock Roots’ trademark. A temporary injunction was lifted by the judge, allowing for Woodstock Ventures to release a new brand called Woodstock Weed.
