We intend to retrofit a 10,000sf butler building and expand to 40,000sf in greenhouses. We need an Operations Manager. A professional to help with buildout design, construction, recruiting staff, training staff, managing all operations, meeting production goals, streamlining systems through automation and maintaining a low cost basis per pound. A corporate manager will be on site to help.
$70k base plus 10% profit sharing first year. Equity possible starting in year 2. Housing provided. Relocation assistance provided.
