There’s definitely a shortage of laboratories accredited for testing in Oregon right now. If I weren’t already in a good spot, that would definitely be a business opportunity if I ever saw one.

Sounds like a new policy that was slammed in place rather than gradually introduced to minimize disruption. Hopefully they’ll realize their mistake.
