My buddy has a set up like ur aero table but rolling cloth beds they are super slick and designed for living soil;) they have the bumpers to put up a CPL layers of screen as well. Great setup

Have you seen the blumat watering systems for soil? It’s a ceramic carrot shaped thing that will keep your soil as moist or dry as you want. I want to try a few out in my veggie garden attached to a rain barrel.

I think it would be way easier than hand watering, haha. Just water it once to the perfect level, dial in the drippers once, then check every few days to make sure the soil is as moist as you want.
Made to install with a pair of scissors. No other tools.
