PerfectPH Review?

Hi everyone - I was poking around the www.growershouse.com blogs and came across an entry for something called “Perfect pH” by Zelda Hort:

Anyone used one of these or heard of someone who has? This looks like a toy I want to learn more about.

I have seen a different device that keeps ph fixed to any number used on a hydroponic strawberry farm seemed like they liked it

Looks like for my uses I’d want either the 35ga or 100ga. Price seems too steep for the work relief, though, due to the 2-3 month duration before a recharge is required.

If I used a 35ga one that could maybe get me through flower, so after the initial investment it’d be $35 to recharge it (I think - that number is off the top of my head). In reality I set my PH when I fill the reservoir and I check it each day for the three days following initially filling it up, and then during each top off… Most of the time I don’t need to do anything to it… the big reservoir keeps PH stable pretty well once it’s set.

So I’m not sure the cost outweighs the level of effort I expend to maintain PH.

Can you refill it yourself? It’s probably simple materials used to recharge it

Good question - I’m not sure. I’ll have to dig into it more.
